An extremely weird or one off variant of a certain item or thing, something that is extremely different compared to the others.

That's a morphadite engine in that vehicle; it share practically no other parts with any other engine from that manufacturer.

Man I heard that is a morphadite vehicle to work on; as parts are hard to find because it was only made for a few years.

Corruption of hermaphrodite, probably from the word being passed by ear in the streets or the playground. Often used to accuse an adolescent male of having feminine characteristics and/or genitalia. Used in the midwest, possibly elsewhere.
