To display an action that is sensed by others to be rugged, self refined, and/or strongly characteristic of a mountainous region cultures predefined notions of "a badass"
When your friend is smoking a hand rolled style cigar whilst performing a sick maneuver that makes the ladies swoon because they think your so badass. "Dude, that was really Montanan of you back there with those chicks! They think you're da shit son!"

A reference to the famous Ricardo Montalbon, from the ground breaking TV show, Fantasy Island. This modification of the word is meant, however, to imply that some one is 'retarded', but at the same time gives props to a legendary actor.
Girl A: "I tried to have a conversation with Dianne about the Iran-Contra Affair....she didn't know who Oliver North is."

Montalbano
A butter eating carnivore who only eats meat ordered online. A social outcast, montalbano often rips his pants. He repeats common sayings such as "suresuresure" and "my friends, my friends." A montalbano participates in a traveling debate team, enjoys telling others of the adventures he had on it. Electric eels baffle him, as well as giant Japanese crabs. A montalbano is an awkward person. He often gets excited and raises his voice when he tells stories. A montalbano is pretty much the smartest man alive.
Person 1: "Can you believe that freak is eating a stick of butter?"
Person 2: "Wow, what a Montalbano."
Person 2: "Wow, what a Montalbano."

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
