Moff, (Usually spelt "Moph" in english) is a highly versatile word, meaning any sort of lazy action, or a less than exceptionally executed task.
To 'Moff' (Moph) is to sit around being a layabout, and not participating in creating the greater good for society.
To do something in a 'Moffy' (Mophy) manner is to take part in an action without being very committed or performing at the zenith of ones abilities.
If something or someone looks. 'Moffy' (Mophy) it/they generally look uninterested and tired, or in the case of the object being a thing, look to be large, clumsy and/or of a funky colour.
In essence, 'Moff' (Moph) can be a verb, a noun, an adjective, an adverb or a preposition, but should be used with caution, as the word will lose it's meaning after a while.
