The Mierdas Touch

The ability to turn everything one touches to shit.

The phrase is a mash up of the King Midas myth of being cursed that everything he touched turned to gold and mierdas, which is the spanish word for shit.

There is some controversy as to whether the object touched was already a piece of shit with an exceedingly thin veneer of gold plating, where the Mierdas Touch serves only to reveal the subject's true nature versus the Mierdas Touch actually turning any object into shit, even if it was previously unblemished.

The doctor was beloved by all until he was touched the Mierdas Touch, wherein, it came to light that the doctor was constantly drunk, mis-prescribed drugs, and belittled underlings.

Mosquita muerta

A person who pretends to be innocent, dainty, and weak (hence a dead fly), but they are actually evil backstabbers. Essentially a spanish version of a "snake in the grass." They are extremely manipulative and will have everyone fooled by their game except for the smart ones. They will usually try to make the ones who don't fall for their game look like bad people while they play the victim.

Laura had this guy so whipped. She acted like the perfect girlfriend, but behind his back she was a ho and a manipulative bitch. Laura es una mosquita muerta.

She is a very nice girl. She is really kind and pretty. People think she is so funny but she is just brutally honest. She will make you drop dead with all her roasts. She is not scared of anyone and will do anything for her friends. LITERALLY ANYTHING. She is scared of dogs. She will never lie to you about advice. She is very wise. She can sometimes get to drama but tries her hardest to get out of it. She moves on from boys every 2 seconds. She is smart but does not have common sense. A mieraf is normally really fun to be around.
