noun: a very small penis. Often used as a general putdown for males who actually have normal or even large peckers.

ed: hey dude, i heard you need tweezers to jack off.

Primarily used in the military to refer to someone who has been on an extended deployment and now has less than 10 days left before going home.

Only nine days left before I get home, I am a single digit midget!

double digit midget 

military slang for someone who is "short" on a tour of duty, less than 100 days away from going home, or retiring.

Tim retires in June, so in February he will be an official double digit midget. Countdown to never wearing a uniform again!! 100, 99, 98, better than Christmas!
