The act of quiet reflection, thinking of the people you dislike and the revenge you will one day take on them. To engage in mental exercise, as concentration on one's breathing or repetition of a mantra, for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness and anger.

Medihating is the hand that opens the door to enlightment.
