The process of night walking (usually around the house) having a desire to eat meat in case of vegeterians who secretly can't resist the temptation and surprisingly find themselves in front of a fridge in the middle of a night.

- Why is there no meat pie in the fridge, honey?

- I heard him meatwalking arounf the kitchen at 2am. You need to talk to him.

The New York City neighborhood at the west end of W 13th st. in Manhattan. Originally famous for its slaughterhouses, it evolved in the mid 20th century into a collection of bars and brothels that catered to the gay and BDSM crowds. Like most of the other interesting parts of New York, in the 21st century it has gentrified into a playground for rich people.

Sadly, the meatpacking district is no longer the fudgepacking district.

When two partners engage in sexual intercourse and the male performs cunnilingus on the female during her menstrual cycle, he inadvertently collects some of her uterine lining into his mouth. As he finishes the oral sex, the two partners kiss, and the male spits the detritus of blood and menstrual chunks back into her mouth. This is the art of "meatballing," as the chunks represent what looks like a meatball.
