An exciting, trending dance move involving two men in which they hold their foreheads against each other and wildly thrash their arms and legs in a frenzy of pure hyperactive bromance.

Typically a manthrash is initiated through the subtle thrashing of one man until another man notices. It is common courtesy to immediately begin manthrashing with a man who is noticeably solo thrashing.
