Amazing, majestic; anything that will pretty much burn your eyes if you look at it too long because its so awesome. Everyone strives to be classified as mantasmagorical. People who are mantasmagorical are basically the president of everything.

Customer: "Wow, I love that shirt... it's so mantasmagorical!"

Sales Lady: "So, you're buying one in every color then."

Fantasmagorical 

Quite simply the BEST word ever devised. It's a mixture of the words, 'fantastic', 'amazing' and 'magical' all in one juicy little package.

It's important not to overuse the word. It's reserved for when ordinary, boring words just won't cut it.

"Woah, Melisa! Those knee high, stripey socks are fantasmagorical!"
