a word that describes both boredom and sexiness of a person, neither can be excluded to mean just one or the other. Often used in the wrong place at the wrong time, it makes no sense. This word cannot be conjugated either.

a: yo shizzle i met the bitch that was so fuckin lugubrious!

Being in a depressed mess, that nobody wants to be around, or be in. Acting, mournful ,or gloomy, But in an exaggerating manner.

You can be a lugubrious person, like ROBERT.

Emily and I were going to attend Shelly's clambake, but ROBERT had to go and ruin everything by being his same old lugubrious self. He was in a pitiful state of lugubriousness, that put me in a very depressing mode. DAMN YOU ROBERT!

Update: Evidently it is a made up word. From an interview with Variety -
“I have a friend who calls himself Dr.Lacubrious,” Mraz said. “He’s like, it means lazy, its another word for lackadaisical. We couldn’t find it anywhere, and one day he left a message on my machine, and he’s like, you won’t find it in the dictionary because I made it up. And I thought it was very appropriate, because it is based on a friend of mine who’s the king of one-liners, who’ll say anything to get what he wants. And he’s usually pretty smooth about it.”
