LIVs (low information voters) also known as (useful idiots) are citizens that know virtually nothing about a current political and/or social issue unless they heard it on the radio BETWEEN songs, saw it on cable TV BETWEEN videos or on Comedy Central.
All the LIVs that loved the thought of socialized medicine are now complaining about the inability to access the official government's healthcare website on October 1, 2013, the fact they will be fined if they don't sign up by March 31, 2013, the loss of their employer's health insurance, increased health insurance premiums, the IRS investigations into their personal lives, the taxes and fines assessed to the non-compliant, the "ADVERSE SELECTION" of only sick people signing up for the program, rationing of medical care, doctors and nurses being reduced to "healthcare workers", grandmothers and grandfathers being denied treatment because they're too old and it's not cost effective (death panels), etc, etc, etc...
