Very, very angry, and probably about to strangle you. It refers to Star Trek's character Mr. Spock, who can be a very pissed off alien if somebody dares mention his human mother, and therefore provokes an emotional reaction in him. It is not, under any circumstances, an advisable move.

Hanzo is the well-endowed samurai from the cult trilogy Hanzo the Razor. Hanzo is best described as a Japanese amalgamation of Shaft and Dirty Harry.
