To aggressively touch, grab, or caress somebody, specifically their shoulder or upper arm. Sometimes hitting the thigh, or pulling hair. It can be combined with a comment on your deliciousness, or the creepy recital of your name.

I was at Alice Fazooli's today, and I learinated the Italian word for "table."
