Kwasiasem 

Kwasiasem means "foolishness" in Twi, a language from Ghana. This term is exclusively used by Ghanaians.

You will most likely never meet someone in your life named Kaisa. You may think you can mess with a Kaisa but in reality Kaisa is a super strong person physically and mentally but usually would never hurt a fly. If you have this name most people give up on trying to say it and try out : Kacy, Katie, or just call you “K” or by your last name. The utmost worst is the dreaded “K-eye-za”. Clearly there is no Z in Kaisa but Kaisa will be too polite and most likely not correct you. Plus Kaisa is probably just bored of correcting everyone so she just goes with it.
