Usually it's used by a phogy dusty nuts dinosaur having a midlife crisis that thinks he's cool but isn't, that's really just a complete loser who can't get a date to save his life. Typically owns an older luxury car that isn't worth $hit any more (Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche), using it in a desperate attempt to attract a woman. For every year he's over 40, it gets even more pathetic. Over 50, he may as well end it. A loser that pathetic is a joke.
