Katsura Kogoro

A key figure in the Meiji restoration of Japan, Katsura Kogoro was the political leader of the Choshu revolutionist party and an expert Samurai.

Along with Katsura were Saigou Takamori and Hanpachi of the Satsuma and Tosa clans, evidently uniting with Choshu to eliminate the Tokugawa regime.
