Kegan diet

A Kegan diet is a combination of Keto and Vegan diets. You eat fruits and vegetables and and saturated fats from coconut oil and other vegetables and eat keto. Eating very low carb to the point of keto and only eating fruits and vegetables and coconut oil.

I went on a Kegan diet and lost 35 pounds and gained 10 pounds of muscle mass.

Kegan is uniquely intriguing. He is like no one else you know. He is constantly observing and quietly contemplating at all times. His mind is a swirling vortex of absolute terror, yet he only allows the good to be exposed. He doesnt let many people in, but only because he is protecting others from being mentally scarred by how truly twisted his darkness is. He loves very deeply. He moves with finesse and has a style all his own. He is attracted to all things dark and has an affinity for anything society tends to shun. He is obsessed with death...even turned on by it in some ways. His spiritual side is nothing short of beautiful. He is inspired by music of all kinds. He is artistically talented and never stops craving knowledge of any kind. He is inevitably tormented and seems to accept that. His eyes are piercing blue and look right into you immediately. Once he has you hooked..which is easily achieved...you can never look away. He consumes you...mind body and soul. Your new favorite obsession that is impossible to figure out. He wrecks you completely, yet unintentionally. But you would not have it any other way because you are bound to him eternally. He is your life. He is your love. He is your ruin.

Keegan Vance

Keegan Vance is a man, although his looks will fool you. He looks like a man although looks as though he hasn't hit puberty. Keegan Vance has a nerdy look and typically has glasses, he probably was bullied as a child which results in him bullying kids. Keegan Vance could play nice although decides his anger to get the best of him. He acts like a child and has a lot of anger controlling issues. Keegan Vance is usually unathletic and spends most of his days doing academic studies and other things to keep him busy. He typically will have nothing to do because he does not have many social interactions and has no friends of his own age. Keegan Vance is usually the man who sits with younger kids for lunch. Keegan Vance is also quite fat and is just a general asshole. Good luck to someone marrying a Keegan Vance.
