Kegan diet

A Kegan diet is a combination of Keto and Vegan diets. You eat fruits and vegetables and and saturated fats from coconut oil and other vegetables and eat keto. Eating very low carb to the point of keto and only eating fruits and vegetables and coconut oil.

I went on a Kegan diet and lost 35 pounds and gained 10 pounds of muscle mass.

Kegan is uniquely intriguing. He is like no one else you know. He is constantly observing and quietly contemplating at all times. He moves with finesse and has a style all his own. He is attracted to all things dark and has an affinity for anything society tends to shun. He is obsessed with death...even turned on by it in some ways. His spiritual side is nothing short of beautiful. He is inspired by music of all kinds. He is artistically talented and never stops craving knowledge of any kind. He is inevitably tormented and seems to accept that. His eyes are piercing blue and look right into you immediately. Once he has you hooked..which is easily achieved...you can never look away. He consumes you...mind body and soul. Your new favorite obsession that is impossible to figure out. He wrecks you completely, yet unintentionally. But you would not have it any other way because you are bound to him eternally. He is your life. He is your love. He is your ruin.

Krogan Charging

A Krogan is a type of sentient alien species similar to bipedal Rhinos and particularly love to headbutt, ram, or charge their enemies in the game.
