a person with no koko that tries to pass off as a kānaka maoli. usually disconnected from their own sense of cultural identity. they latch onto hawaiian culture/values in order to feel connected instead of simply being proud in who they are and where they come from.

Kangaboo 

You know koreaboos, weaboos, etc? This is the same idea, except for Australia. (Doing stereotypical things for that culture in an attempt to become a part of that culture, in this case Australian (which is funny, because in some ways Australia is just a blend of different cultures)) Side note: I thought this up, thought it was funny, and so added it to the Urban DIctionary.

A medical term referring to the innermost part of the anus, and possibly the most important part of the anus. While the exact root of the word is unknown most believe it comes from the Greek 'kananakookus rutulis dennis'.
