kānakaboo

a person with no koko that tries to pass off as a kānaka maoli. usually disconnected from their own sense of cultural identity. they latch onto hawaiian culture/values in order to feel connected instead of simply being proud in who they are and where they come from.

“That faka think just cus he born and raised Hawai‘i means he kānaka, brah u just one kānakaboo!”
