A time honored tradition handing out congratulations in a ceremonious fashion. Typically the festivities are to celebrate some sort of winning of an event or outstanding display of a feat of strength. Usually due to time constraints the festivities only are able to last less than an hour or two. Congratulations are typically given by the recipient bending over and grabbing their ankles while a line of congratulators passes by and takes turns giving congratulations. Not to be confused with prima nochta.

I really hope I don’t win dodgeball today. I don’t think I can handle another JOLOC from the fellas.

To achieve this description, one should take pictures of themselves immediately after pumping iron and proceed to post said pictures on your favorite social media website. Any use of the term other than to describe a shredded male is incorrect and should be frowned upon.
