An exclamation of disbelief. Began in Nashville when someone said an unbelievably stupid thing and another person responded with JOKES! Has evolved into the word Jhakes(Pron: jakes).

Can also be used by oneself to show that one is being sarcastic

Person 1: The Cubs will win the world series this year!
Person 2: ::shakes head:: jhakes
