Jelsnes is commonly known as the Siberia of Norway, both are frozen uninhabitable wastelands, and both have technology reminiscent of the stone age. The history of Jelsnes is mostly unknown because of the monkey-like inntelegents of the inhabitants, the literacy rate is situated between 0,5 and 2,3 percent depending on how intelligent the new generation is. It is said all of the people in Jelsnes are inbred and severely deformed except for a small percentage of the elite population. this group is often referred to as the Dolfers.
