In GTA
"In GTA" is a phrase said usually after a "Fed post" (Anything posted online that shows conspiring or premeditated planning of criminal activity. ) and it usually means "This is a joke" to the FBI Agents watching on screen.
1st person : "I'm going to send pipe bombs to your IRL house In GTA"
2nd person : " Oh haha me too in GTA!"
FBI : "Oh alright they're just making silly jokes on the internet, leave him alone boys"
OR
1st person : "I'm boutta bomb this whole mf plane"
2nd person :" Damn bro can i help?"
Both persons : "In GTA!"
FBI : "Had me in the first half ngl, they good"

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
