house warming

Often confused with your gas company's winter policy, a true house warming involves a bunch of lunatics turning up and destroying your home. All in the name of celebrating the fact you moved from one street to another. Think of it as A to B to partE. There will no doubt be plenty of that too.

Any roads named Heath tend to have the best ones. Because fucking legends live there.
Damn, we warmed that house so good, even Nelly couldn't handle it.

house warming activist

A person that eagerly tries to get the ball rolling on your house warming party. House warming activists are very tenacious and often ask you 'when is your house warming party?' every day.
Duder 1: "Dude you moved in like 2 days ago! He's already asking you about that?"

Duder 2: "Yea dude I see him every day at lunch and the first thing he says is 'When's your house warming?'."

Duder 1: "Damn son! You got yourself a house warming activist right there."

florida housewarming party

Swimming with sharks, gators, and stingrays in your downstairs bathroom
I'm really hoping that hurricane Irma doesn't turn make this into a Florida Housewarming Party. That would be a real bummer.

Reverse Housewarming Party

Instead of making people bring you gifts. You make them take all of your junk.
Examples of stuff you'd get rid of in a Reverse Housewarming Party: DVDs you don't watch anymore. Books you don't read anymore. Cloths that are out of style.

This occurs when a proud new home buyer throws a party in celebration of their new home purchase. One of the patrons (after explaining what a beautiful home it is) then excuses himself to the upstairs quarters bathroom, removes the upper lid of the toilet and procedes to defecate in the upper tank.
James: Hey Joey, I heard that lib (liberal)yaley (yale graduate) dr and his wife just bought a monsterous energy consuming home after constantly telling others to be eco-friendly. Can you believe this twinky eating lib!?

Joey: What an a-hole, we should go housewarming party up topper on em.....teach this tree hugger a lesson...

James: Great idea! toppy!

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Blexas has been cited as possible in the upcoming decades, but only if Democrats continue to win the Hispanic vote in bigger margins.
Democrat 1: What is your prediction for the 2024 presidential election?
Democrat 2: Well uh, Blexas!
Democrat 1: You've been saying that since 2008 though.

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.

That ol' gal of mine drives the 12 lane freeway during the week and a John Deere on the weekends. She likes opra and the Grand Ol' Opry. I love them countrypolitan women.
