Hillwilly 

A simple, uneducated male that lives in the Western Foothills of Maine.
They often take pride in only working with their hands and having zero knowledge of technology, and often reject those who are educated or work in an office, as they view that as womanly. Their diets typically consist of fried food that's covered in ranch dressing, Mountain Dew and Bud Light.

"I need someone to help me clean up at the jobsite. Do you happen to anyone that I can use?"

A fine fellow from Appalachia who tries to act better than he is but does not have the education to pull it off. Term that is only used among hillbillies regarding some of their own.

He is a hillbilly who tries to act like a HillWilliam with all the big words he uses, but he only made it to the 6th grade and they placed him twice, so that makes him a hillwilly.

hillbilly c section 

Another way to say stab or get cut by a knife, broken bottle or a different sharp weapon in a fight. Generally said when someone gets stabbed in the stomach or gut, hence the reference to C-Section.
