Johnny Hamsterdick

Noun. The pseudo name of an individual who achieves a level of heralded stature in the eyes of an authority figure (i.e. coach, boss), but who is actually thought to be a douche bag by his or her peers.
If Johnny Hamsterdick was in the weight room yesterday, he would have done more than 1000 chin-ups.

If Johnny Hamsterdick was around in 1941, Japan would not have bombed Pearl Harbor.

Hamstering

The act of being busy and spending a lot of time on something, but not getting anything accomplished, just like a hamster exercising on a hamster wheel.
Did you see Frank hamstering up on seventh floor with marketing yesterday? I can't believe the execs aren't on to him. What a hamster.
