Refers to an ISIS Jihadist in a video in 2016 where it shows ISIS militants in disarray, a person in the video Abu Haajar struggles to hold his weapon properly. This phrase can be used to poke fun at incompetence In any type of team. This phrase originated from people in the comments poking fun at the clumsiness of the ISIS fighter shown in the video.

A member/player of your team who is almost bound to failing badly in most cases and cause more damage to their own team than to the enemy.

They are a liability and an unfavourable member of you're team.

Team Killer/Failure- can be used as an adjective Abu Hajaarer
Failing Hard/Team Killing- can be used as a verb Abu Hajaaring
(Origin of word began in the Youtube comment section of a video and was used as a gag by ISIS members to identify and describe noobs and team killers)

Hajar a pretty, loveable girl with thick brown hair. If you look in her brown almond shaped eyes, you will be flawless, but her cheeks are the best part of them all.

Haajra 

Haajra is a GOAT (greatest of all time). A very shy and awkward girl, who is the type of person to be asleep at any place at any time. She is very bad at expressing her feelings and doesn't see for help when she needs it (Finds her own ways to cope). However, puts in extra effort to prioritise other people's hardships over her own. Haajra is a stubborn stubborn girl but very smart. She will always do the right thing for you even if you don't see it for yourself. She lacks confidence and often keeps quite in social interactions. However, when you get to know her you will see how loud and goofy she really is.
