Ex. Johnny was laser focused on coding his new site, but in his state of grindfulness, he still managed to pause to help Suzy, as he noticed she was visibly stressed out.

Ex. Grindfulness lead me to appreciate a butterfly for 15 seconds, in the middle of typing up a report for 1 and a half hours.

When you are feeling amazing. Life is pretty good. Must be eating corn on a cob or killing a puzzle. When great isn't quite enough to describe how happy you are you bust out this word.
