To search for someone using Google

When someone is confidant they have a high google ranking they would tell people to "G me".

The top ranked page in the search would bring up their homepage or information on them.

An elite group of people maintain the top ranking in the search engines results.

To search for someone who has a high Google ranking or to search for something that has a high Google ranking.

"Can I have your number?"

"No but just G-Me if you want to get in touch!"
