Also known as "futa" for short, is Japanese for hermaphrodite (-ism), or having the genitalia from both genders.

Commonly found today in hentai (anime porn), or in the "3DX" community on the internet (a community that puts original or existing 3D characters in sexual situations. They're commonly known for making 3D futa characters or futa versions of existing characters from video games), the characters are normally depicted as a humanoid female with both a penis and a vagina, while most of the time having penis lengths in the 12-18 inch range and a 2-3-1/2 inch girth (considered normal for a futa), or bigger with an equine variant, and excessive seminal output anywhere from pints to gallons.

Futas may be drawn with or without testicles, as it's merely just an aesthetic preference between artists and doesn't change what the characters are.
