Fussband 

A husband who just won't let his wife be. Hence, he bickers and bitches and fusses around all the time leading to increased altercations and / or noisy arguments.

Mary: Can I work for a couple more hours today ?

Boss: That's weird, why would you want to do that ?

Mary: Because my stupid fussband back home would spoil my day if he had me to his command so early and I really need to get some good peace of mind to rest!

n. money required to fund repairs and clean-up after a riot, rock festival, family reunion etc. Also used with humourous intent by anarchists budgeting for rocks, balaclavas, bail, matches etc. before a riot.

I don't know why those government wanks are upset. Their fussbudget for the riot was lower than ours.
