Fucked Down is a term coined by my late friend Bryan Dixon to describe an object's condition after it had been seriously neglected and fallen to ruination.

(This in contrast to an object being "fucked up"; implying that a person performed an action on an object to bring it to ruination.)

"Hey man, you left that tractor of yours outside for so long, now it is so fucked down, its gonna take 5 days to fix."

(In contrast to: "When you tried to fix the tractor, all you did was fuck it up")

When a slut/whore or nymphomaniac comes to a small town and fucks every avaliable man in a relatively short time, hence being given the title as the "town bicycle." (i.e.: everyone gets a ride),then leaves to move onto the next town or truck stop where the cycle continues. (apparently this phrase is used in country Australia)

Drunk: Hey mate! Where's that 2 bob whore that was around here yesterday?
Pub Owner: You poor bloke, you didn't get any?
Drunk:No?

A type of war cry used when revenge or justice of some kind is in order. Often used before someone finishes something other people started.

The term fucker down is used to fuck someone off but in a positive manner, so that the person receiving the sign knows that you mean "fuck you" but as a joke instead of an insult.
When you fucker down someone you flip the person off but the protruding finger must face downwards towards the floor instead of facing upwards, to the sky.

Bro, you're shit at skating and your googen sack reeks, said Tom as he chuckled.
Man, fuck you, replied Tom's friend , Tyron, whiles simultaneously fucker downing Tom, as his hand balled up with nothing but his middle finger protruding downwards, towards the floor.
