Fruitystick is an Instagram meme page run by the admin “Lili” who has many times expressed psychotic and self destructive behaviours. Fruitystick, a username chosen to represent her queer behaviour although being homophobic.

Their content mainly consists of hating on things she does not like and only posts the most funny, mentally ill pilled posts, many of which consist of showing how her fellow meme page admins are just as insane as them.

Commonly known to have escaped the psych ward according to ninasayersapologist, she owns her mental illness, NOT breaking down online or become inconsistent with their posts.
