The benefits you get from Friends with Benefits. Friends with benefits can be used in this case as either with the sexual definition or more literally random friends who greatly benefit you.

Example 1:
Guy: I just got laid last night. I'm not in a relationship, just getting some frienefits.

Example 2:
Gamer: My completely randomly added Steam friend got me every single game on my wishlist, I love friends with benefits! FRIENEFITS!
