frattire 

The fashion or commonly worn drab of fraternity members. It is not uncommon to see pledges adopt the style very quickly in order to distinguish themselves from the local population and to seek acceptance from the membership.

Some common examples of traditional frattire are Vineyard Vines, Polo (sweaters, hats, shirts), Northface/Mountain Hardware jackets, Sperry shoes.

1.I heard Vineyard Vines is posting up some sick sales on their frattire!

2. Nice frattire! I haven't seen a Polo in that shade of blue, yet!

Southern Frattire

Website designed to attract so-called Gentleman from Southern Fraternities, but fails miserably due to the fact that A. they only sell graphic t-shirts, and B. no one wants to wear a logo or graphic from a poseur brand.

frattress 

Young college female, often times a member of a sorority, who spends an excessive amount of time having sex with brothers of a fraternity.

the term derives from fraternity + mattress, because the slut spends so much time under brothers that she might as well be their bed.

"Bro, you see that frattress over there? Yeah, the one on top of the table. I'm gonna do work and put her to use tonight."

"So, I was banging this frattress the other night, and after we got done she told me not to tell any of my brothers. You know she's just gonna tell those other sorostitutes how awful of a guy I am."

Fratire 

A genre of writing aimed specifically at the 18-35 male demographic. Often contains depictions of drunken escapades, hedonistic living, and irresponsible sexual adventures. Also conveys a mocking attitude toward social convention, traditional male roles and aspirations of power and authority.
Pioneered by internet writers such as Tucker Max, Robert Hamburger(author of Real Ultimate Power: The Official Ninja Book) and George Ouzounian(a.k.a. Maddox).
Fratire was first coined in a New York Times article written by reporter Warren St. John called "Dude, Here's my Book".

"Wow man, that time I consumed a gallon of cheap vodka and had unprotected sex with three transgendered hookers would go great in Fratire!"
"Wow, this book is rad. This "fratire" is something a drunken young collegiate lad like me can appreciate, having also a general disdain for society! Lawlz!"
