Franticism 

The word franticism became popular in 2012 due to the overwhelming frantic state of women. It is a hyped up state of worriedness and stress that is often not necessary. The word was first used by a Dallasite who has been known to unexpectedly go into a whirlwind of over thinking and pre planning for things that are not even close to fruition.

Extreme, intense feelings, actions or behaviors associated with panic or high levels of stress. Often used in response to someone else's frantic feelings, actions or behaviors.
There is no need to respond to her franticosity immediately.

franticizing 

verb, frantically running around like a chicken with its head cut off for no good reason. Creating a sense of urgency when there is nothing to be urgent about. This action usually causes stress to everyone in the near vicinity who was initially feeling calm.
My boss is always franticizing about some deadline or another.

We still had 3 weeks until the party, yet Margie would not stop franticizing about the small last minute details.
