Used to measure the level of fagocity of a person. Generally it ranges from 1 to 10.

I measured his fagocity using my fagometer. He was a 10 out of 10.

Small partial not able to be seen by the bare eye . Sometimes can be used to insult a woman or her knowledge . A man may call a women this to make it seem he dosent care about her.
