Adj. A feeling of uncontrollable energy followed by outlandish or crazy behaviors. This can lead to excess talking, laughing and obserd statements that are often BOLD! People who are fartzed are often fun but at most times need assistance in performing lifes daily activities. Basically, you are not yourself.

I'm to fartzed to do anything productive right now, I think I'll start drinking.
