It is an archaic word (no longer in everyday use) but it deserves to be reintroduced into the english language, as it describes an common action performed regularly by many people.

I fibulated this morning.

It is difficult to fibulate with cold hands.

Small children may require help fibulating.

When the sun is setting while the moon concurrently is rising, it is fabuating.
