entreponegro

Used to describe a really good friend of yours who you know always stays on top of their game, but most importantly always has your back.

It's a combination of the words entrepreneur and negro. Taking the smart business aspect of the first word, and combining it with a less insulting but still common term used in a friendly manner within the hip-hop culture as a greeting. These two words together describe what would otherwise be considered a homie.
Pekelo: Yo, I'm not gonna have enough cash for Carribbean Fest next week...

Jon: It's all good, I'll front u a bill, just hit me back when u got it.

Pekelo: Hell yeah, that's my entreponegro.

entrepronegro

entrepreneur: noun
origin: french
definition: one who assumes the risk of a business or an enterprise

entrepronegro: noun
origin: street
definition: one who creates opportunity when one does not exist
An "entrepronegro" does not have the luxury to assume the risk of a business and/or enterprises because he and/or she does not have access to the resources an "entrepreneur" would. Therefore the term "entrepronegro" is earned solely from a burning desire, creative genius, and laser focus that it takes to see ones dream become a profitable reality using little to no resources.

Examples:
Lewis Lattimer: entrepronegro, Inventor
Tyler Perry: entrepronegro, TPS Studios
Sean Carter: entrepronegro, Rocafella Records
Bejamin E. Mays: entrepronegro, Educator
David Anderson: entrepronegro, Entrepronegro International
Reginald Lewis: entrepronegro, Beatrice Corporation
Curtis Jackson: entrepronegro, G-Unit Records
Earl Graves: entrepronegro, Black Entreprise
Sean Combs: entrepronegro, Bad Boy
Bob Johnson: entrepronegro, BET
Denzel Washington: entrepronegro, Actor
Spike Lee: entrepronegro, Film Maker

and millions of other men and women that go recognized and unrecogized.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
