elefucker

People who will push every elevator call button while waiting at a given landing in the hope of catching the first available ride. Invariably more than one car will stop at the same time, leaving those riders to wait the interminable ten to fifteen seconds it takes to resume their journey--often with a few seconds of eye contact with the offenders as icing on the cake.
"I would have been here sooner, but some elefuckers held us up on the tenth floor. I flicked them off just as their door shut, the bastards!"

Ellucian

The biggest higher ed tech solution provider in the world. The company buys out its competitors to grow and develops solutions for everything so that colleges get locked in with them. When you've used their product long enough, you realize it's not a complete solution, it requires way more time than it's worth, support is questionable, and that the company likes to drop product lines so that you have to buy something new and even less complete of theirs.

They're kinda like the stock market. There are big ups and downs, but overall it's a "fun" upward trend.
I worked overtime to debug/customize an Ellucian product this weekend and I enjoyed every minute of it!!1

Eschew Obfuscation, Espouse Elucidation

An ironic statement that means avoid ambiguity and adopt clarity. It's ironic because it is hypocritical.
Instead of saying eschew obfuscation, espouse elucidation, Mary just told us to avoid confusion and be clear.

elauction

When elected office is up for bid, up for being bought by the highest bidder, an elauction is under way.

Elauction indicates the primary role of money (and the principal bearers of money known as billionaires) in supposedly democratic elections.

The term, elauction, represents how the oligarchy, known these days as billionaires (or Billionaire Overlords) is able to buy elections.
When $100 million is spent to prop up a Governor who has been subjected to a recall, while a paltry $4 million is spent by the challenger, we are certainly witnessing an elauction.

When each candidate is a mere face, a mere facade for billionaire backers, an elauction is under way.

Who will win the elauction? The highest bidder, or the highest so-called 'contributor' will of course buy the elauction.
