A dyrr is a wolf that left his previous pack, by his will or forced by others, becoming a lone wolf. Normally they are self-confident and can survive alone until they decide where to go next. When they gather in a new wolfpack, they become Dyrrs.
The word has a nordic sound and later was found to have been an ancient nordic word, that can also mean path, pathway, precious or desired.
The word is a variation of Dire (Wolf) word and was created by one of the founders of Porto Dyrrs, american football team in Portugal, Paulo Vasconcelos, when he and some players were exiled from their previous team in a hostile takeover of the leadership of Porto Mutts. They then created the new team and called themselves Porto Dyrrs.
