A way of saying mentally disabled, or disabled of/in the mind/mentally.

I am disminded because I have OCD and ADHD.

Things are hard because of me being disminded.

Do not ever discriminate against disminded people.

To do stuff without thinking, thoughtless, without feeling

She actually disminded the situatuon with her boyfriend at the doctors office. What you looking like that for, everybody done had a cold sore....(wow she was so disminded.)
