Words you can keep

delusionist

Someone who is a master of their own delusions to the point where they exist in the dual planes of true and false realities, often exhibiting extreme mood swings resulting from the conflicts of planar coexistence and living in an impenetrable state of constant denial. The delusionist often has a hard time interpreting non-verbal communication, and in some extreme cases, straight-forward verbal communication, when it contradicts their false reality. Along with their failure to take even the most obvious of hints, they often have a high opinion of themselves and are obsessed with keeping their ego over-inflated to compensate for their numerous inadequacies. In an effort to illustrate some degree of normalcy, and to offset his or her frequent visitations to the false reality when relating to a particular subject matter, the delusionist will have a tendency to point out and/or over-emphasize any incident or situation that is merely a mediocrity in the true reality.
He's been talking about that pipe-dream for years without making a bit of progress, yet with all the things he's presently juggling, he thinks he's gonna make that happen now? Wow! That boy there is a delusionist!

delusionati

An all encompassing organization of omniscient individuals with diametrically opposing views on anything and everything who are so tightly wound around their own confirmation bias they fail to realize that everyone does not agree with their point of view.
Members of the Delusionati stood on both sides of the street protesting and convinced that everyone except the idiots on the other side of the street agreed with their beliefs.

Dilusionist

Someone who constantly lives in their own dilusional bubble. They always harp on about pulling "fitties" ALL the time; "riding ALL night long" and having great "footballing vision/skills". Realistically everyone knows a dilusionist's life is duller than an old grannies' haemorrhoid infected ass, but unfortunately they will never realise this!!
My mate told me he pulled a northern fitty at the weekend and ended up riding her all night long. What he didn't realise is that i saw the hairy munter leaving his house the next day and she said he fell asleep after spurting in his boxers......the man's a f*cking dilusionist!!

Delusioniod

A person who believes he has talents, skills and/or intelligence he simply doesn't possess. Delusioniods frequently are immensely unskilled and often tragically bad at the pursuit they claim to master. A delusioniod will not accept criticism or reality. A delusioniod will spend more time berating and bullying his detractors than he will honing his craft. The largest concentration of delusioniods aspire to be singers and actors. There are no successful or famous delusioniods.
Ishtar is the best, worst movie ever made about delusioniods.
If Great Aunt Madeline really thinks anyone will pay her to strip, she is a total delusioniod.

To describe coming into something good, coming into good luck and or good times.
