a term for boys who are constantly annoying, intentionally bother people when they have nothing better to do, and somehow always manage to make every situation more irritating than it needs to be. A Dickva is known for being unnecessarily disruptive, painfully boring, and unable to mind their own business. They will bother someone simply because they are bored and then act confused when everyone gets annoyed with them.

**Person 1:** “Why is he bothering everyone again?”

**Person 2:** “Because he’s a Dickva\.”

**Person 1:** “What does that mean?”

**Person 2:** “A boy who gets bored and decides everyone else needs to be annoyed too\.”

**Person 1:** “Ohhh 😭”
