Derpism

An incredibly stupid joke in which the only laughter comes from the person who told it. This is usually followed by an audible inhalation through the mouth, otherwise know as a Kenny.

Hater #1: Dude, did you hear that Bryant almost crapped his pants?

Hater #2: Yeah dude, I heard you had to make an emergency stop at Waffle House so he could get to a toilet!

Kenny Oliver: Hehe, yeah, we should call him Waffle House! (loud oral inhalation)

Derpism

A medical condition characterized by being incredibly derpy (aloof, ungainly, uncoordinated, unlucky, cattawompas or some other severely goofy affliction) to the point where it affects someone’s life significantly. Unlike Derptheria, the person with derpism is instrumental in derpyness.

Huell’s derpyness keeps them from traveling by car, nearly choked to death last time putting on the seatbelt.

Tony’s Derpism prevents him from peeing standing upright, somehow he always will manage to pee all over himself, the toilet seat, the sink and the ceiling. Tony needs to sit or use a catheter.
