The combination of delusion of grandeur with arrogance. Someone who is so removed from reality, he/she behaves as if they are superior than others without any proven validation.

My old boss, Chris, suffers from delugance; he mocks work of great architects and places his shoddy work above theirs, despite the fact that he is mere copycat incapable of coming up with any original ideas.
