conservative decision making

A term used by management when they attempt to look good to the inspectors, bill collectors, media, and regulators as to why they will not attempt to follow previously set rules and regulations.

This term is often used when something is taken past normal limitations and specifications.

This decision often saves the company from short term expenses and explanations but in a longer time frame can cost several times more than the early simple fix would have.
Employee: Sir, there is no oil in the engine and the manual says to immediately shut down and fill with oil.
Manager: After looking at the problem, we have used our conservative decision making that the engine must still be ran for the time being until we have the funds and a good time to add oil.

2 days later.
Employee: Well sir, I told you there was no oil in the engine and due to our conservative decision making we decided to keep it running but it now will no longer operate until we buy a replacement engine.

bad decision making assclown

A lesser known cousin of the jewpanasian, the BDMAC tends to shamelessly ask her friends for advice and then promptly turn around an do whatever she pleases. The decisions made by the BDMAC usually end with her in jail after her horrible idea ends in death and destruction. She tends to believe that she is a ninja however we all know that ninjas are not cambodian.
If a bad decision making assclown jumped off a cliff would you?

Montage Based Decision Making (MBDM)

The cognitive process by which an individual makes a decision based solely on the emotional gratification he or she received while viewing that decision played out in a montage movie style format. In this montage, the individual is the main character of a super epic story, in which they are better looking than they actually are. However, this montage has no connection whatsoever to reality and the end result is disastrous consequences, wasted time, and usually suicide before the age of 35.
Mick: Dude, I'm thinking of studying cinematography out West, I think I could be really good at it and I see myself in my head just killing it all the time and being dope.

Jack: dude, don't do that. That's Montage Based Decision Making (MBDM).
Mick: ye.

decision-based evidence making

An alternative to evidence-based decision making, "decision-based evidence making" is the practice of collecting evidence to support a pre-existing decision, rather than using evidence in any way to inform the decision itself.

This technique typically involves cherry-picking sources or relying on bad or unreliable authorities to justify or legitimise (after the fact) a questionable decision which has already been made.
Dr. Daniel Jernigan resigned from CDC in 2025, telling reporters that Robert F Kennedy Jr seems to be "going from evidence-based decision making to decision-based evidence making" as the Centres for Disease Control began citing debunked studies to support a dodgy claim that vaccines cause autism.
It is said of the situation where a person has the bad luck to make contact with his testicles against an undefined surface or object, intentioned or not.
Given the nature of the word, it is more appropriate to design cases where the interaction is made with a moving object, for example, a ball.
Although it is extremely painful for the victim, it tends to be considerably funny to people who witness it.
Today in the baseball game the pitcher took a nutshot; the baseball hit him in the nuts.

Man, I just watched the funniest nutshot video ever.
