Decenter 

1. (adjective, informal) A playful, non-standard way of saying "more decent" or "better than decent," often used to describe an improvement in appearance, vibe, or quality, especially in a humorous or casual context. Typically used when someone or something looks or feels slightly better under specific conditions (e.g., lighting, mood, or setting).
Liv says this camera makes her decent, but that camera over there? Totally decenter."

Decentralization

Decisions are made by many different groups and individuals.

To be elaborate, it's the separation and distribution of authority, resources, and/or bureaucratic processes and jurisdictions to lower levels of government, divisional and departmental levels, or lower/middle-level managers.
The Hacking Ethic encourages decentralization.

decentralized currency 

Digital money organized by a synced distributed ledger online. While centralized currencies are backed by the economies of countries, decentralized currencies typically don't have a government affiliation. These currencies are run by incentivized volunteers via appropriate consensus algorithms. Much like incentivized volunteers run Uber, called drivers, and Airbnb, called hosts, incentivized volunteers, traditionally called "miners," run these decentralized currency protocols. Examples of decentralized currencies include Bitcoin and Ethereum.
I haven't been trading much decentralized currency lately.

A global community making an effort for the declaration of said manicure.
Back in 700BC the manicures man invented the towel in an effort of decentralised exchange, that would continuously be recreated and improved as a revolutionised product, said good and service to be exchanged universally.

decanter 

The act of using a catheter to drain one's bladder of urine, and the replacing it with wine or any other type of beverage. The decanter then serves other people by urinating into their mouths.
Man, that orgy last night had a decanter at it! My girlfriend got served, the lucky bitch.
